Julius Onah's Basquiat biopic "Samo Lives," starring Kelvin Harrison Jr., is in post-production at Neon. Fifth Season and Macro Film Studios produce and finance; Neon also produces. The cast includes Jeffrey Wright, Antony Starr, Chase Sui Wonders, Danny Ramirez and Dane DeHaan. Principal photography wrapped in October 2025 across New York City and New Jersey. Onah signed with Blue Marble Management on 25 August 2026, per Deadline.
