NetEase confirms January 15, 2027 release date for Ananta at Gamescom Opening Night Live

NetEase confirmed a January 15, 2027 release date for Ananta, its open-world anime action-adventure, in a gameplay trailer shown at Gamescom Opening Night Live in August 2026. The date had leaked ahead of the show, according to a report on Vice. The trailer also revealed two cities, traversal via flying car and skateboard, and over 100 recruitable characters.
