Lauren London will portray Beverly Tate, Snoop Dogg's mother, in Universal Pictures' biopic 'Snoop,' Deadline reported on 25 August 2026. Craig Brewer directs from his rewrite of Joe Robert Cole's script. Jonathan Daviss plays Snoop; Myles Bullock plays Dr. Dre. Universal has dated the film for 6 August 2027. Snoop Dogg produces via Death Row Pictures, the first project under its overall deal with NBCUniversal.
