Raleigh Music Publishing and ICM Crescendo form catalog-buying joint venture

Raleigh Music Publishing and ICM Crescendo Music Royalty Fund formed a joint venture to acquire music publishing catalogs, Billboard reported. ICM Crescendo, a Canadian fund holding 6,500 songs, commits capital; Raleigh sources and administers copyrights and takes an equity stake. Their first deal, the Kal Mann catalog, was announced in March 2025. The companies expect multiple further acquisitions.
