Gazprom Arena promoted Ye's Russia concerts on August 17, then disowned them a week later

Gazprom Arena announced Ye's October 10–11 Saint Petersburg shows on its Telegram channel on August 17, Reuters reported. On August 24 the venue said on Instagram it had never signed a rental agreement, so the concerts could not take place there. The arena has not explained the reversal. Promoter Say Agency says it learned of the decision through the media and has not cancelled the shows.
