Thatgamecompany launches publishing arm, Thatgamepublisher

Thatgamecompany, the studio behind Journey and Sky: Children of the Light, announced a publishing arm called Thatgamepublisher on 25 August 2026. Co-founder Jenova Chen told GamesIndustry.biz the arm will fund, market and distribute games from other independent developers. A "couple" of titles are signed, with no names or release windows disclosed.
