Empty LA brutalist Sunkist building set for 95-apartment conversion

KFA plans to convert the 1970s Sunkist building in Los Angeles — a 165,000-square-foot brutalist landmark in Sherman Oaks, vacant since 2015 — into 95 apartments. Construction starts after city approval of KFA's plans.
