Apple TV's 'Tenzing' to open 22nd Zurich Film Festival as European premiere

Apple TV's Everest drama "Tenzing" will open the 22nd Zurich International Film Festival on 24 September, its European premiere, per The Hollywood Reporter. The film debuts first at Toronto on 15 September. Tom Hiddleston plays Edmund Hillary; Willem Dafoe plays Colonel John Hunt; Genden Phuntsok takes the title role. Jennifer Peedom directs. Select theatrical release follows 9 October before streaming 16 October.
