Fatal crash follows 21-minute police pursuit in Stratford-upon-Avon

A man died and a woman was critically injured after an Audi fleeing Warwickshire Police collided with her Ford Puma in Stratford-upon-Avon on Monday. The 21-minute chase began at 5:23pm; the crash followed at 5:44pm. Other vehicles were also damaged. The IOPC — the watchdog that independently investigates police conduct — has opened an inquiry into the pursuit.
