Ryan Beuschel promoted to co-head of The Neal Agency

Ryan Beuschel has been promoted to co-head of The Neal Agency (TNA), joining founder and CEO Austin Neal and Adi Sharma in leadership of the Nashville-based talent and publishing agency, Billboard reported on 24 August 2026. Beuschel, previously general manager, will co-lead operations and oversee touring, film/television, branding and publishing divisions. He joined TNA in June 2023 from Warner Chappell Music.
