Forest in talks for Chelsea's Delap as striker trains apart from first team
Nottingham Forest are in talks to sign Chelsea striker Liam Delap, BBC Sport reports. The 23-year-old, who moved to Chelsea from Ipswich for £30m just over 12 months ago, is training separately from the first-team squad and was left out of Monday's matchday plans against Fulham. Chelsea have made him available for £50m, though whether Forest want a permanent deal or a loan remains unclear. Delap lost the number nine shirt to João Pedro last week. Forest sold Elliot Anderson to Manchester City for a club-record £116m this summer.
