Kit Harington Replaces Nicholas Hoult as Gilderoy Lockhart in HBO's Harry Potter Season Two

Kit Harington will play Gilderoy Lockhart in season two of HBO's Harry Potter series, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed. He replaces Nicholas Hoult, who exited over scheduling conflicts while filming the Superman sequel Man of Tomorrow. Season two adapts The Chamber of Secrets and is expected to shoot this autumn. Season one premieres 25 December.
