Emery calls Elliott's Villa loan "embarrassing" after 277 minutes in Europa League-winning season

Aston Villa manager Unai Emery described Harvey Elliott's loan situation at the club as "embarrassing" for all involved. Elliott played nine games, totalling 277 minutes, after Villa decided not to trigger a £35m permanent-signing clause tied to his 10th appearance. Villa won the Europa League that same season.
