Russian service broadcasting EFL and Scottish matches illegally, four years after leagues cut ties

Football TV, a Russian subscription service, is showing live EFL and Scottish Premiership matches in Russia with no legitimate footage source. Both leagues stopped selling broadcast rights there after the 2022 invasion of Ukraine. The EFL and SPFL are investigating alongside their rights holders and reserve the right to take legal action against Football TV and whoever supplies its match feeds.
