Trier's 'Sentimental Value' Nominated for 2026 Nordic Council Film Prize

Joachim Trier's 'Sentimental Value,' follow-up to 'The Worst Person in the World' (2021), is Norway's nominee for the 2026 Nordic Council Film Prize. Six films — one per Nordic country — were announced 24 August at the Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund (Variety). The prize rewards a theatrically distributed Nordic feature or documentary; winner to be named later in 2026.
