Netflix overtakes ITV as UK's largest commercial broadcaster by revenue

Netflix posted £2.06 billion ($2.81 billion) in UK revenue for full-year 2025, up 11.3% from £1.85 billion in 2024, according to a Companies House filing reported by Deadline on 24 August 2026. ITV's media and entertainment division, which houses its channels and ITVX streamer, made £1.9 billion. The division is being sold to Sky.
