Former child actor sues Disney over alleged abuse on 2001 film set

Raquel Lee Boileau filed a negligence lawsuit against the Walt Disney Company in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 21, alleging she was "repeatedly raped, sexually assaulted, sexually abused and sexually harassed" at age 14 on the Utah set of the 2001 Disney Channel film 'The Poof Point.' The suit names the alleged perpetrator as "John Doe," a Disney employee. Boileau is represented by Wigdor LLP. Deadline first reported the filing.
