Ruffalo rejects Paramount Skydance's antisemitism accusation over $111bn merger campaign

Mark Ruffalo on 22 August 2026 rejected Paramount Skydance's claim that his campaign against its $111bn Warner Bros. Discovery merger invoked antisemitic tropes, calling the allegation "appalling" (The Guardian, 24 August 2026). Ruffalo stated: "Criticizing the actions of the Israeli prime minister, a military technology contract, or the executives who supply it is not the same as criticizing Jewish people."
