Ceferin: Infantino's World Cup sale plan was "worse than the Super League"

UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin told the Rest is Politics podcast that FIFA's scrapped plan to sell a stake in the World Cup was "worse than the Super League," adding "football would be literally sold." Ceferin said Infantino has not contacted him since the proposal collapsed, and reminded the former UEFA employee of 16 years: "he is a European and was supported by UEFA, which he forgot."
