
Foo Fighters' First Hollywood Bowl Show Doubles as Dudamel's LA Phil Farewell
Foo Fighters played their first Hollywood Bowl show on 22 August, backed by the Los Angeles Philharmonic under music director Gustavo Dudamel, Rolling Stone reports. The concert fell on Dudamel's penultimate night with the orchestra before he departs for New York. Roughly 17,500 attended. Dave Grohl told the crowd: "I wish that we could do this every night for the rest of our lives."
