Third seed Jessica Pegula ousted defending champion Iga Swiatek 7-5, 4-6, 6-4 in a near three-hour semifinal with 13 breaks of serve. Coco Gauff beat unseeded Sara Bejlek 6-4, 6-1. The result: Cincinnati's first all-American women's final in 56 years, since Rosie Casals beat Nancy Richey in 1970. The US Open begins in roughly a week.
