Swans sanction players as fans threaten men's game walkout

The Sydney Swans had handed down player sanctions by the time of their August 23 Moore Park double-header, the ABC reported. Victoria Police is investigating an alleged sexual assault at Melbourne's Pullman Hotel involving up to five players. Some supporters threatened to attend only the AFLW match against Essendon and leave before the men's game.
