Spa Weekend opens: four comic leads in R-rated comedy from The Hangover writers

Spa Weekend, an R-rated comedy from Hangover writers Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, opened 21 August. Leslie Mann, Isla Fisher, Anna Faris and Michelle Buteau star as lifelong friends at a wellness retreat. Black Bear Pictures backs the film, comparing it to Bad Moms and The Hangover (Black Bear Pictures). The Hollywood Reporter's review (23 August) calls it "a likable cast let down by uninteresting hijinks."
