Character actress Bunny Levine, whose TV credits spanned Gilmore Girls, Shameless and Law & Order, has died at 97. The Hollywood Reporter says she died peacefully in her sleep on 20 August 2026 at her home in Tarzana, California. Levine worked as a school librarian and raised three children before starting her professional acting career in her fifties.
