Fleming sounds out Mike Hussey for England batting coach role

Stephen Fleming has made a casual approach to former Australia batter Mike Hussey about joining England's Test coaching staff as batting coach, according to The Guardian. The pair worked together at Chennai Super Kings in the IPL. Hussey previously served as a consultancy coach when England won the T20 World Cup in 2022. England have not confirmed any appointments. Fleming takes charge after the Pakistan series.
