Leicester sign Tonga hooker Moli after Moana Pasifika collapse

Leicester Tigers have signed Tonga hooker Sam Moli, 27, for the 2026-27 season. Moli made 47 Super Rugby appearances across four years with Moana Pasifika, who disbanded this year after financial problems forced their withdrawal from the competition. He had extended his Moana contract through 2026 in August 2024. Head coach Geoff Parling said Moli "adds quality and depth" at hooker.
