Honor robot Lightning runs 100m in 9.32, inside Bolt's 9.58 world record

Honor's humanoid robot Lightning clocked 9.32 seconds for 100m at a test event for the second World Humanoid Robot Games, CCTV reported. The time beats Usain Bolt's 9.58, set at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, by 0.26 seconds. Lightning peaked at 14.5 m/s — Bolt averaged 10.44. Bolt's mark was set under World Athletics rules; Lightning's was not.
