Judge lets Tupac trial jury hear Davis police tapes after ruling he waived immunity

A Las Vegas judge allowed prosecutors to play Duane "Keffe D" Davis's 2008–2009 police interviews at his Tupac Shakur murder trial, ruling he waived an immunity promise by publicly discussing the same events since. In the tapes, Davis named his nephew Orlando Anderson as the shooter. Davis's defence calls the statements fiction. The trial began 17 August 2026.
