Manchester United sign Carlos Baleba from Brighton for £65m plus add-ons

Manchester United have completed the signing of Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba for an initial £65m, plus up to £5m in add-ons. Brighton secured a sell-on clause — a percentage of any future fee — as part of the deal. The 22-year-old Cameroon international underwent his medical at Old Trafford on 21 August 2026.
