Rolling Stone reported on 21 August 2026 that The Game's "The Documentary III" takes direct aim at Kendrick Lamar in its lyrics. In 2011, The Game joined Snoop Dogg in a ceremonial West Coast torch-passing to Lamar. The album — his first Documentary entry since 2015 — also includes "No Brakes," featuring Drake on the hook.
