Mr Justice Nicklin ruled on 22 August that Prince Harry and six co-claimants, including Sir Elton John and Baroness Doreen Lawrence, must pay £9,544,355 to Associated Newspapers by 28 August as an interim costs order, after their unlawful-information-gathering claims were dismissed in a 436-page judgment. The court has not yet set the final sum. Associated Newspapers' costs were £34.5 million.
