A cracked PC version of Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy began circulating online roughly a week before its 27 August release date, according to Eurogamer. The game's DRM copy protection was reportedly bypassed. Developer Asobo Studio and publisher Focus Entertainment had not issued a public statement as of 21 August. Kotaku noted no paid early access option exists.
