HHS Secretary RFK Jr. used three official government X accounts — @SecKennedy, @HHSGov and @HHSResponse — to accuse CNN anchor Erin Burnett of "Trump Derangement Syndrome." The posts responded to a 19 August CNN report finding a meal from Kennedy's YouTube cooking show cost $70.54 at a grocery store, not the $19.64 he claimed.
