Crystal Palace agree season-long loan for Chelsea's Axel Disasi

Crystal Palace have agreed a season-long loan deal with Chelsea for 28-year-old defender Axel Disasi, with a medical expected on Friday. Disasi fills the gap left by Maxence Lacroix's sale to Chelsea earlier this window. The French centre-back spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham, where his arrival tightened their defence.
