A long-running industry boycott of Georgia's state-backed National Film Center has director Ana Urushadze seeking financing abroad for her third feature, 'Fear of Butterflies,' she told Variety on 21 August 2026. Whether the film shoots in Georgia is uncertain. Estonian producer Ivo Felt's Allfilm, which co-produced her Rotterdam prizewinner 'Supporting Role,' is on board.
