Sussexes to establish new UK base three years after Frogmore Cottage eviction

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex intend to relocate from the United States to a private, non-royal residence outside London, the BBC reported on 20 August 2026. Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, are enrolled at a British school for September. The family has had no UK home since vacating Frogmore Cottage, a Crown Estate property, in 2023.
