Moulin Rouge! announces fifth-year West End cast changes at Piccadilly Theatre

Moulin Rouge! The Musical enters its fifth year at the Piccadilly Theatre with two principal cast changes from 12 October 2026. James Doherty takes over as Harold Zidler and Daniel Fraser as The Duke of Monroth. Karis Anderson and Alistair Brammer continue as Satine and Christian.
