Yung Filly Faces Retrial on Three Rape Charges After Australian Jury Splits

Prosecutors confirmed August 21 that British entertainer Yung Filly, real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, will be retried on three rape charges after a Perth jury couldn't reach majority verdicts. The same jury found him guilty of two assault charges and acquitted him of four other rape charges and one choking charge. Sentencing for the assault convictions follows the retrial.
