Netflix renews Blue Eye Samurai for third and final season

Netflix has renewed its animated series Blue Eye Samurai for a third and final season, per Deadline (21 August 2026). Season 2 has finished production and is set to launch January 2027; Season 3 has begun filming for a 2028 debut. The four-time Creative Arts Emmy winner, created by Amber Noizumi and Michael Green, debuted in 2023.
