Prime Video pledges $2 billion-plus for Latin American originals through 2030

Prime Video plans to invest more than $2 billion in Latin American entertainment from 2027 to 2030, doubling its original local programming across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Chile. VP of International Kelly Day said the company is "matching Latin America's momentum." The plan covers scripted, unscripted, films, live sports and crew training. Latin America is the world's second fastest-growing streaming region.
