Telfair Museums names Caitlín Doherty as next executive director

Telfair Museums in Savannah, Georgia, has named Caitlín Doherty as its next executive director, effective October 2026, ARTnews reported on 20 August. Doherty will oversee three campuses: the Regency-style Telfair Academy, the Moshe Safdie-designed Jepson Center, and the Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters, whose preserved slave quarters are among Savannah's most visited historic sites.
