Grande's lawsuit, filed July 27 in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges hackers breached personal accounts of photographers and producers who worked with her, stealing 45 unreleased songs in 2023 alone and selling them on the dark web via PayPal and CashApp. On August 19, Judge Mark H. Epstein granted expedited discovery, allowing subpoenas to Instagram, TikTok and PayPal to identify the Doe defendants.
