Demon Hunter sues Netflix and AEG over 'KPop Demon Hunters' trademark

Hyde Lane, Inc., the corporation behind metal band Demon Hunter, filed suit on August 18 in the US District Court, Central District of California, against Netflix and AEG Presents. The complaint seeks treble damages, Netflix's profits, and an order blocking 'KPop Demon Hunters' on music, merchandise and live concerts. Sony Pictures Animation, which produced the film, is not a defendant.
