Monarch Media Sets Kali Bailey to Write Live-Action 'The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus'

Monarch Media has set Kali Bailey to write a live-action feature adaptation of L. Frank Baum's 1902 novel "The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus," Deadline reports. Principals Steve Barnett, Alan Powell and Vicky Patel will produce. Bailey previously co-wrote Monarch's "A Week Away." No director, cast or release date is attached. The project is in development.
