Brook drives England to 195-run lead as bad light ends day two at Headingley
Harry Brook (44 not out) and Dan Lawrence (33 not out) guided England to 279 for 4 on a weather-shortened second day of the first Test against Pakistan at Headingley. England hold a 195-run lead. Joe Root and Jordan Cox earlier fell within five balls of each other after both passing fifty — the only passage that gave Pakistan momentum on an otherwise England-dominated day. Babar Azam is absent for Pakistan.
