Netflix–AMC co-production 'Bannerman' uses 90-day split-window release

Netflix and AMC Studios will co-produce Bannerman, a spy drama based on John R. Maxim's five Paul Bannerman novels. AMC airs first in the US and Canada; Netflix gets the show 90 days after the season finale — a split-window model few co-productions attempt. Netflix carries it exclusively elsewhere.
