Walker Art Center adds context after visitors brand Olalekan Jeyifous show 'AI slop'

Visitors at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis called Olalekan Jeyifous's digitally rendered works "AI slop," ARTnews reported on 20 August 2026. Curators told MPR News no generative AI was used. The museum is adding explanatory material to "Hydricosmic Litanies," Jeyifous's first solo museum show, which opened 6 August.
