BlizzCon returns 12–13 September 2026, first edition under Xbox management

BlizzCon returns to the Anaheim Convention Center on 12–13 September 2026 after a three-year gap, Blizzard confirmed via Variety on 20 August 2026. It is the first BlizzCon held under Xbox management, following Microsoft's $75.4 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, which closed in October 2023. Passes are sold out; the opening ceremony, panels and esports will be livestreamed.
