Josh Tarling lines up at the Vuelta a España days after brother Finlay's death in Portugal

Josh Tarling, 22, will start the Vuelta a España on 22 August in Monaco, less than two weeks after his brother Finlay, 19, died when a van struck him during stage eight of the Volta a Portugal. Netcompany Ineos director of racing Geraint Thomas said the decision to ride was Tarling's own and the team fully supports him.
