Exeter Chiefs Women promote Oli Bishop to head coach after Salvin exits for Wales

Exeter Chiefs Women have promoted assistant coach Oli Bishop to head coach, replacing Steve Salvin, who left in July to become Wales' full-time forwards coach. Bishop, who deputised during Salvin's Wales absences last season, inherits a side that finished third in Premiership Women's Rugby before a narrow play-off semi-final loss to Saracens. He brings 13 years' coaching experience in the women's Premiership.
